Jiete specializes in design & research, manufacturing, selling and exporting Three-way vehicle catalytic converters, catalysts(DOC, DPF and SCR), exhaust manifolds, exhaust mufflers.
A main plant and three assembly plants, Jiete built its own laboratories, CNC center, catalysts’ wash-coat loading center, laser cutting center, Robotic welding production line. Self-developing and Manufacturing.
As an excellent supplier in the after-sales service market, Jiete passed the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Testing, also in the process of applying the California Air Resources Board (USA CARB) Testing and IATF16949. Jiete has 32 kinds of patents.Also Jiete Selected as a municipal high-tech enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise. Jiete’s products all can meet European Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ,V and VI standards for exhaust emission.

Jiete built its own laboratories, coated catalyst workshops. Jiete has its own exhaust emission test line. Jiete has established a first-class production line, invested more than RMB 30 million to introduce advanced production and testing equipment. Jiete company has large spinning and punching equipment, 15 bending equipment, US liquid gas storage tank, 21 Panasonic welding robots, Robotic welding production line operation. Tooling Self-Developed and Manufacturing; Jiete has its own tooling machining center. Jiete’s producing center the total factory space about 15,000 square meters. Jiete Production capacity could reach 600,000 pieces per year. Production automation and precision reached the world first-class level.
